Shell and clean the prawns. Heat the oil, fry the onion and garlic for 2 minutes. Add the prawns, curry powder, coconut milk, noodles, bay leaf, coriander and caraway. Bring to a boil, reduce the heat and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring constantly.
Replace the prawns with 450 grams of fish fillets, cut into 5 cm pieces.
