The food editor suggests putting a whole large fresh jalapeno (their quote: "more if you dare, seeded if you're a wimp"), a tablespoon of granulated sugar and the half teaspoon of lime peel in a food processor until they're finely minced, then adding a Pint of softened ice cream or yogurt, process then re-freeze until firm. Me, I'll be trying it with that big jalapeno I picked from my garden yesterday. This should be fun!!
