Trim flowerets off broccoli; cut into pieces. Peel stems; cut in 1" rounds. Bring 1" of water to boiling in large saucepan. Add stems; cover and cook 5 minutes. Add flowerets; cover and cook 5 minutes more. If using whole stems, cook 10 minutes. Can be prepared up to 3 days ahead; rinse under cold water and refrigerate.
To serve: Drain hot broccoli. Toss in sesame oil and lemon juice. If reheating later, reserve oil. To reheat: Heat sesame oil in skillet. Add broccoli; stir fry until heated through. Add lemon juice and serve.
