1 1/3 Tasse | Onions minced |
1/2 x ca. 450 g | Lox or smoked salmon; chopped |
8 | Eggs; beaten just to combine white and yolks |
Prep: 5 min, Cook: 5 min. Melt butter in a heavy nonstick skillet over low heat. Saut, onions 3-4 minutes until very soft but not brown. Stir in lox and cook 1-2 minutes. Add eggs. Turn heat to very low and gently stir until eggs are set. Serve immediately.
