In a large saucepan over low heat, melt chocolate squares and margarine. Remove. Add sugar, flour, salt, 1 tsp vanilla, and eggs. Spread 1/2 batter into greased 9 x 13 pan. Mix coconut, condensed milk, 1 tsp vanilla, and almond extract. Spoon over batter evenly. Spread remaining chocolate batter evenly over filling. Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes. Immediately sprinkle chocolate chips on top. Let stand 1 minute. Spread evenly over bars. Sprinkle with chopped nuts. Cool Completely. Cut into bars.
