Combine flour, yeast, sugar, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg in large mixer bowl. Heat water, mashed potato, and margerine until very warm. Butter does not need to melt. Add to flour mixture stir to moisten. Beat 3 minutes at med. Speed. By hand stir in raisins and 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 c flour. Let rise 50 minutes to double size. Punch down, kneed. Divide in 1/2;shape each piece into a 9 inch roll, pinching edges to seal. Place seam side down in loaf pans. Let rise. Bake at 400 for 25-35 minutes.
