Mix flours and baking powder in largebowl. Add honey, applesauce, and water. Mix well. (Should be like a cake batter, add a little more water if necessary.) Pour batter into lightly oiled or non-stick 9 x 5 loaf pan. Bake for 1 1/2 hours at 275 degrees until well browned.
Helpful Hints: In place of the rice flour, you can use garbanzo bean flour, or half rice and half garbanzo.
