Melt over Low heat, 1 pk butterstoch morsels and 3/4 c peanut butter. In another bowl, mix together 4 c. Corn flakes and 1 c. Peanuts. Pour melted mixture over the dry mixture. Mix until covered evenly. Drop by teaspoon onto cookie sheet lined with wax paper.
