No-Bake Holiday Fruitcake (December)
Zutaten für 18 Portionen Menge anpassen
die Zutaten:
1 PackungGraham cracker crumbs (16 ounces); crushed
Container red candied cherries (6 ounces); coarsely chopped
Container green candied cherries (6 ounces); coarsely chopped
Container candied pineapple; (6 ounces)
2 DoseSweetened condensed milk; (14 oz. each)
1 1/2 TassePecans coarsely chopped
die Zubereitung:

Line a 9x5 inch loaf pan with plastic wrap, letting the wrap hang over the sides a few inches. In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients and thoroughly mix with your hands. Place the mixture in the lined pan and cover well. Freeze for at least 8 hours, or overnight, before serving. To serve, invert onto a serving platter, remove the pan and plastic wrap, and cut into slices. Store any remaining cake in the freezer.
