1. In a large dutch oven combine broth, tomato, garlic, thyme, rosemary, worcestershire sauce, salt and 3 cups water.
2. Bring to a boil over medium heat, cover and cook for five minutes.
3. Stir in macaroni and lima beans, cover and cook another five minutes.
4. Stir in beef, corn and ketchup and cook for an additional 5-10 minutes until meat is cooked through and macaroni is tender.
