2 1/4 Tasse | flour |
3 Esslöffel | Dutch cocoa |
1 Teelöffel | Baking soda |
1 Teelöffel | salt |
1 Tasse | Nuts |
1 1/2 Tasse | raisins |
2 Tasse | chocolate chips |
1 Tasse | butter |
3/4 Tasse | sugar |
3/4 Tasse | brown sugar |
2 | eggs |
3 Esslöffel | Grand Marnier |
3 Teelöffel | Orange extract |
Cream butter and sugars. Add eggs, liqueur, and extract. Blend in dry ingredients. Stir in nuts, chips, and raisins. Bake at 375 degrees F 10 minutes or until done. Makes
6-7 dozen.
By the way, this recipe originally came from the net. It won a Betty Crocker cookoff (or something) for best recipe. The recipe as given contained 1 3/4 cups of flour but I discovered that the cookies came out too flat and crunchy so I upped it to 2 1/4 (the standard cookie amount) and I've had nothing but praise for them ever since.
