Whip Dream Whip according to package directions. When stiff, blend in softened cream cheese & cottage cheese & mix well. Drain pineapple & oranges & add to cheeses; mix well. Add powdered jello & mix thoroughly using mixer high speed. Pour into 9x13-inch dish & chill before serving.
