Cut roast into 1-inch cubes. Dice green onions in 1/4-inch pieces. Crush garlic cloves & mix all ingredients together, adding meat cubes last. Marinate 2-3 hours. Put meat cubes on skewers & cook over hot fire in a charcoal grill.
