2 1/3 Tasse | Bisquick Baking Mix |
1/2 Tasse | milk |
3 Esslöffel | sugar |
3 Esslöffel | Butter or margarine, melted |
1 Dose | (16 ounces)sliced peaches, drained, -or |
2 klein | Peaches peeled, sliced |
1/4 Tasse | sugar |
1/2 Teelöffel | cinnamon ground |
2/3 Tasse | sour cream |
1 | egg |
Here is one from a Bisquick recipe booklet that I sent off for a long time ago. It came out quite well when I made it and would probably be good made with homemade baking mix, too.
Heat oven to 375 degrees.
Mix baking mix, milk, 3 tablespoons sugar and the margarine. Spread in ungreased square pan, 9x9x2 inches;arrange peach slices on top.
Mix 1/4 cup sugar and the cinnamon; sprinkle over peach slices. Mix sour cream and egg; drizzle over top.
Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until toothpick inserted in cake comes out clean. Serve warm and, if desired, with sweetened whipped cream. (We used Cool Whip.)
