1 x ca. 450 g | ground beef |
1/2 Tasse | onion chopped |
1 Packung | Taco seasoning mix |
3/4 Tasse | Biscuit mix |
5 Tasse | milk |
3 | eggs |
1 Tasse | cheddar cheese shredded |
1/4 | Head lettuce, shredded |
1 | tomato diced |
1/3 Tasse | ripe olives sliced |
Cook and stir ground beef and onion in skillet until beef is brown; drain. Stir in taco seasoning mix; spoon into greased 8 inch square dish. Set aside. Beat biscuit mix, milk and eggs with wire whisk, or hand beater until almost smooth, about 1 minute. Pour over meat. Bake at 400 for 25-30 minutes or until center is set. Sprinkle with cheese; bake 2 minutes more or until cheese melts. Cool for 5 minutes; garnish with lettuce, tomatoes, olives, and if desired, sour cream. 6-8 servings.
