** I have substituted Applesauce for Butter ** I have substituted 2T dry milk powder + 8 oz water for the water and milk combination. (I also have a Zoji, larger size Regal, small and large Panasonic...but the Regal seems to excel at dark flour breads, so I prefer to use it for this bread. Regal is similar to the Chefmate, Trillium, and Pillsbury. All are made by Mk Seiko Co
