Toast walnuts: spread on baking sheet. Bake 8-10 min. At 350o. F, turning often. Place beans and salt in skillet with 1/4 cup water. Cover and cook over medium high heat 3-4 minutes or until beans are tender-crisp. Drain. Add garlic, olive oil, turkey bacon, bell pepper, and walnuts. Cook uncovered, stirring frequently 2-3 minutes.
