Heat 3 Tbl. Of butter in skillet over high heat; saute mushrooms, onion, pecans, and thyme until onion is translucent. Add dry bulgar and saute for an additional 2 minutes. Stir in the broth, raisins, and remaining butter. Cook for time recommended on bulgar package, or until broth is mostly absorbed. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. Serves 4.
