Place all the ingredients in a 1/2 pint jar, cover tightly, and shake well to mix. Store in a cool, dark, dry place. Makes 1/2 cup
To Make Yogurt Dressing: In a small bowl, whisk together 2 teaspoons of the Yogurt Salad Dressing Mix, 1/2 cup low-fat yoghurt, 3 tablespoons water, 1 tablespoon cider vinegar, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 1 crushed clove garlic and 2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley. Let stand at room temperture at least 30 minutes before using, then whisk again. Makes about 1 cup.
