1 | Carrot; peeled and grated |
3 Esslöffel | Low-fat mayonnaise |
4 x ca. 30 g | Finely chopped; cooked chicken breast, (up to 5) |
1 Esslöffel | red bell pepper finely chopped |
2 Esslöffel | Low-fat creamy Italian dressing |
1 Teelöffel | parsley chopped |
Each one of these healthy mixtures makes enough to fill three sandwiches. Just combine ingredients in a bowl.
