Butter (sometimes I cut this down and use 1 & 1/2 sticks, instead of 2)

1 Tasse
sugar

Eggs slightly beaten
2 Esslöffel
flour
1 Esslöffel
lemon juice fresh

mix together with a pastry cutter and press into an 8"x8" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Don't shut oven off.
topping: mix together and pour over crust. Stick it back in the oven (still at 350 degrees) bake it for another 25 minutes.
