Unbaked 9 inch (4 cup volume) deep dish pie shells

(29 oz. can) Libby's solid pack pumpkin
3 Tasse
(two 12 fluid oz. cans) carnation evaporated milk

Combine sugar, salt, cinnamon, ginger and cloves in medium bowl. Beat eggs lightly in bowl. Stir in pumpkin and sugar-spice mixture. Gradually stir in evaporated milk. Pour into pie shells. Bake in preheated 425 degree oven for 15 minutes. Reduce temperature to 350 degrees; bake for 40 to 50 minutes more or until knife inserted near center comes out clean. Cool on wire rack for 3 hours.
