Dried fruit (raisins; dates, or any other combination)

Chopped slivered almonds (very optional)

Honey; warmed

Jar (12-oz) apricot jam (regular or all-fruit variety)
2 Teelöffel
vanilla
1 Teelöffel
cinnamon
1/2 Tasse
Apple juice (optional; adds crunch)

Mix cereals, fruits, and nuts in large bowl. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over cereal mixture, mixing well. Spray 2 cookie sheets with butter-flavored cooking spray. Spread granola evenly on sheets and bake at 300 deg. F. for 25-35 min. Stir granola and change racks every 5-7 min. There's a fine line between not crunchy enough and too browned, so watch closely. Cool completely and store in airtight containers.
