I just made these for my Dh and family. They use oat bran which is supposed to decrease cholesterol in your system. :) These are variations of the basic recipe found in the 8-week Cholesterol Cure book.
Preheat oven to 425 deg. In a large bowl, mix together the first 4 ingredients. Mix the next 4 ingredients in a bowl or blender. Add to the dry mixture and mix. Mix in the oranges. Line muffin tins and fill with batter. Bake 15-17 minutes. Makes 12 muffins. Store in refrigerator if not eaten in 3 days.
Stats should be about the same as the Apple Cinnamon muffins.
