Drain beans & put into a 9x13-inch dish. Add green pepper, onions & mushrooms. Heat remaining ingredients to a boil; pour over vegetables & let marinate for 6 hours. (Note: This is a 'three bean' salad, but there were only two types of beans listed in the recipe! This probably also should call for 1 can of Kidney beans as well!?!?!?!?).
