In a large bowl, combine meatball ingredients. Shape mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place on a cookie sheet or waxed paper; set aside. In saucepan, combine soup ingredients; bring to a boil. Carefully drop meatballs into boiling soup; reduce heat and simmer, covered, for 25 minutes.
can also add cut-up fresh or frozen veggies if you like (whatever ones are left over from last night's supper will work just great).
