Mix together the first 4 ingredients, then let the mixture set for 5 minutes before pouring it into an unbaked 9-inch pie shell. Mix the rest of the ingredients for the crumb topping, then put it on top of the fruit filling. Bake the pie at 425 for 45 - 50 minutes.
