1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease an 8-by-4-inch loaf pan.
2. Put the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in a large bowl.
3. Add the peanut butter, milk and egg and mix until well-blended.
4. Spoon into the pan and bake for about 50 minutes.
5. Remove pan from oven and cool on a rack. Makes 1 loaf.
Per serving: 158 calories; 7.1 g fat (1.7 g saturated fat; 40 % Cff, 15 g carbohydrates; 15 mg cholesterol; 154 mg sodium.
