In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook until no longer pink, stirring to break up the beef; drain.
Add pierogis and cook 4 to 5 minutes, or until heated through. Stir in broccoli, salt and black pepper. Top with cheese.
