In bowl, toss apples and raspberries with half of the granulated sugar; spread evenly in greased 10 inch pie plate.
In separate bowl, whisk together remaining granulated sugar, eggs, milk, flour, vanilla, nutmeg and salt until smooth; pour over fruit.
