Sift flour, sugar replacement, baking soda, salt and cocoa together into large mixing bowl. Add shortening, 1/2 c. Of the water and vanilla extract; beat until just moistened. Add remaining water and eggs. Beat until slightly thickened. Pour into well-greased and floured 13" x 9" baking pan. Bake at 350F for 40 to 50 minutes or until cake tests done.
