Fresh Rosemary And Garlic Marinade
Zutaten für 1 Portionen Menge anpassen
die Zutaten:
2 EsslöffelFresh minced rosemary
1/3 Tasseolive oil
Clove garlic; crushed and chopped
1/2 Teelöffelpepper ground
1/2 Teelöffelsalt seasoned
die Zubereitung:

One method is to combine all ingredients in a small mixing bowl and pour over selected meat. Turn meat and rub marinade in thoroughly. Pierce meat with a paring knife or meat fork and allow marinade to seep into the meat. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Then roast, bake or boil as you selection of meat would require. Another way is to pierce your meat as described above and rub your roast all over with the olive oil. Salt and pepper all over and rub in. Add crushed, minced garlic and rub in. Add rosemary and rub in all over. Wrap whole roast loosely in Saran Wrap and refrigerate overnight. Set out before cooking and let set at room temperature loosely covered for 2 hours. Cook as meat selection dictates. Incredibly awesome flavor and aroma!
