1/2 x ca. 450 g | Cashews |
1/2 x ca. 450 g | Hot roasted peanuts |
2 Tasse | Pretzel nuggets |
8 Tasse | Waffle cereal; such as Chex |
1 Tasse | butter |
1/2 Tasse | Worcestershire Sauce |
2 Esslöffel | Bayou Blast; see * Note |
* Note: See the "Bayou Blast - {Emeril's Creole Seasoning}" recipe which is included in this collection.
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. In a large bowl combine nuts, pretzels and cereal. Melt butter with Worcestershire sauce and drizzle over nut mixture; sprinkle with Bayou Blast. Toss to coat completely, pour onto a cookie sheet and bake until crisp and tasty, about 25 minutes. This recipe yields approximately 12 cups.
