1. Heat oil in a wok over a medium heat. Add sesame seeds and garlic and stir-fry for 2 minutes or until seeds are golden. Remove seed mixture from wok and set aside.
2. Add beef to wok. Stir-fry for 2 minutes or until brown. Add snow peas, zucchini, honey and soy and oyster sauces. Return sesame seed mixture to wok and stir-fry for 3 minutes or until sauce thickens.
3. To make salsa, place pineapple, sugar, chives, time juice and chilli in a bowl. Toss to combine. Serve with beef
