2/3 Tasse | brown sugar packed |
1/3 Tasse | butter or margarine |
1/3 Tasse | Golden corn syrup |
2 1/2 Tasse | rolled oats |
1/4 Tasse | all-purpose flour |
1/2 Tasse | Raisin or chopped dried apricots |
1 | egg large |
1 Teelöffel | vanilla |
In a glass bowl, combine brown sugar, butter and corn syrup. Microwave at High 2 minutes; stir until smooth. Microwave 1 minute more or until sugar dissolves and mixture comes to a full boil.
Stir in rolled oats, flour and raisins. In a small bowl, beat egg with vanilla. Stir into rolled-oats mixture.
Spread evenly in prepared pan. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden around edges. Let cool 10 minutes in pan. Lift out foil; cut into 3 by 1 1 1/2 inch bars. Transfer to a rack to complete cooking. Yield: 24 bars Typed in MMformat by cjhartlin@email. Msn. Com
