Slice potatoes 1/4 inch thick and microwave until tender (about 8 minutes). Toss beef with garlic pepper. Heat oil in skillet. Saute' beef in oil about 3 minutes or until done. Remove beef. Add green pepper to skillet and saute' 3 minutes. Stir in potatoes and saute' 5 minutes. Return beef to skillet and heat through. Yield: 4 servings.
