250 Gramm | Maggi Vegetable Spirals |
1 Packung | Maggi White Sauce Mix |
1/2 Tasse | milk |
1/2 Tasse | water |
1 Teelöffel | Lemon rind finely grated |
1/2 Tasse | Chopped fresh herbs parsley; chives, thyme |
75 Gramm | Feta crumbled |
1/4 Tasse | Black olives; pitted and sliced |
Add the pasta to a large quantity of boiling salted water and cook for approximately 7 minutes or until just tender.
While the pasta is cooking, prepare the sauce. Combine the sauce mix, milk and water in a saucepan. Bring to the boil stirring constantly, then simmer over a low heat for 2 minutes. Stir occasionally. Stir in the lemon rind and fresh herbs.
Drain the pasta. Combine with the sauce mixture and toss well.
Sprinkle with feta cheese and olives over the top.
Serve immediately.
