1 Dose | Spam luncheon meat - (12 oz); cut into 1/2" strips |
1 | Red bell pepper; cut into 1/2" strips |
1 | Green bell pepper; cut into 1/2" strips |
2 Tasse | Fresh corn kernels or thawed frozen corn |
1/2 Tasse | oil |
3 Esslöffel | Chi-Chi's hot salsa |
1 Esslöffel | vinegar |
2 Tasse | rice cooked |
In skillet over medium-high heat, cook Spam and bell peppers 7 to 10 minutes or until browned. Add corn. Cover. Cook 5 to 7 minutes longer or until corn is tender.
Meanwhile, in small bowl, whisk together oil, salsa, and vinegar. Serve warm Spam mixture on rice. Drizzle with salsa mixture.
