I am one Hanna that was looking for a fish suggestion for Rosh Ha Shana. I ended up making salmon teriyaki. The recipe was sent to me by someone on the list (all I have is a return email address - SEGA613@aol. Com). It was absolutely wonderful and very easy to make. I did not see it in the archive so I'm listing it below.
Mix 6 Tbs teriyaki, 6 Tbs orange juice, 6 Tbs ketchup, 6 Tbs brown sugar. Cover fish and marinate (at least 12 hours).
Bake in oven at 350 for about 1/2 hour or until fish is done.
