Tahini Oatmeal Walnut Cookies

6 EsslöffelTahini
1/2 Tassehoney
1/2 Teelöffelcinnamon
1/2 Tassewalnuts chopped
1 Tasserolled oats

Tahini is made from sesame seeds and is available in specialty food shops, healthy food stores, and many supermarkets. It is a source of essential fatty acids for healthy skin and hair; also aid in blocking deposits of cholesterol. 1. In a medium-sized mixing bowl, stir tahini and honey together. Add the nuts, then the oatmeal sprinkled with cinnamon, and mix to blend ingredients.

2. Preheat oven to 325F (160 °C) or gas mark 3.

3. Drop the batter by teaspoonfuls on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper or greased with a few drops of liquid lecithin and oil. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
