4 Esslöffel | olive oil |
1250 Gramm | minced beef |
2 gross | onions finely diced |
3 | eggs |
6 Esslöffel | tomato ketchup |
6 Teelöffel | parsley dried |
3 Teelöffel | Sweet paprika |
1 1/2 Tasse | bread crumbs |
1750 Milliliter | Tomato based pasta sauce |
6 Esslöffel | Cream or sour cream |
3 Tasse | White rice steamed or boiled |
Heat the olive oil in a frypan and add the onion and cook until golden brown. Add the minced meat, egg, tomato ketchup, parsley, paprika and breadcrumbs and mix together very well. Form into balls.
In a saucepan, mix the pasta sauce and cream together. Heat until bubbling then add the meatballs. Simmer for 15 minutes until the meatballs are cooked through.
Serve the rice on a plate with the meatballs and sauce on top.
