1 Teelöffel | butter |
2 | cloves garlic minced |
1 1/2 x ca. 450 g | Medium shrimp; peeled and deveined |
2 Esslöffel | honey |
2 Esslöffel | Tequila; or 3 |
1. Heat the oil and butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the garlic and saute for 30 seconds. Add the shrimp and saute for 3-4 minutes or until the shrimp turn pink.
2. Add the honey and tequila and cook for 1-2 minutes. Serve immediately.
