Directions: Beat softened margarine, brown sugar, sugar, vanilla, water and eggs in large bowl with mixer until creamy. By hand, stir in flour, baking soda and salt until mixed. Stir in raisins and chips. Refrigerate dough for several hours. Shape dough in a small ball and roll with hands into cigar shaped strings. Break off small pieces of dough, equal in size and place on cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 8 minutes or until cookies are nicely browned. Makes 6 dozen cookies.
