Herb with Garlic Soup Mix
1 Tasse
water
2 Esslöffel
red wine vinegar
1 Teelöffel
Prepared Dijon-style Mustard

In large skillet over medium heat, warm the oil and sauté the pepper and onion, stirring frequently, for about 5 minutes.
Add potatoes and herb soup mix blended with water. Bring to a boil over high heat setting. Reduce heat to low and simmer covered, stirring occasionally, for about 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Stir in vinegar and mustard. Serve warm.
