Combine all dry ingredients + 3/4 teaspoon salt & 1 Tablespoon sugar in large bowl. Add remaining ingredients and beat with rotary blender approx. 2 min. Scraping sides frequently. Heat non-stick skillet (coated w/non-stick vegetable spray) over medium high. Test with flick of water (sizzles when ready). Pour approx. 1/4 cup batter in skillet. Allow bubbles that form on top of batter to pop (approx. 2 minutes). Turn and brown other side (approx. , 1 to 2 minutes).
