1/2 Packung | (12-oz) fettucine noodles |
1 Tasse | Chicken broth (use canned and remove fat from the top) |
1/2 Tasse | Fat free Mozzarella cheese |
1 Esslöffel | flour |
1 Esslöffel | Onion chopped |
1/4 Teelöffel | garlic powdered |
6 Esslöffel | Lite sour cream |
Boil noodles according to package directions. In food processor or blender combine chicken broth, fat free cheese, flour, onion, garlic powder and lite sour cream. Blend until smooth. Pour sauce into saucepan and simmer to desired thickness. This is a fairly thin sauce and will thicken somewhat when mixed with the noodles. If you desire a thicker sauce, add 1/2-1 tablespoons extra flour. Pour sauce over noodles and toss lightly. Serve warm. Cooked crab or lobster could be added to make a main dish. Entire recipe makes 6 servings.
