Combine tomatoes, green pepper and onion rungs in medium bowl. In small saucepan, combine remaining ingredients except cucumber slices; bring to boil 1 minute. Pour hot mixture over vegetables in bowl; let stand at room temperature until cool. Add cucumbers. Refrigerate several hours, stirring once or twice, until well. Drain before serving. Serves; 6- 8
Tootie Notes: Serve as a salad or as a relish dish...good accompaniment for barbecued meat or poultry. Wonderful with ham.
