Mix flour, salt and sugar together. Add oil and milk. Mix together and press into pie pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
To make filling: Cream butter and sugar; add melted chocolate and vanilla. Add egg and beat for 5 minutes. Add another egg; beat an additional 5 minutes or until sugar is dissolved. Pour into cooled, baked pie shell. Top with whipped cream or Cool Whip. Refrigerate until firm. Very rich and very good.
