Preheat oven to 350'F. Spray 8" square baking pan with nonstick cooking spray. In medium-size bowl, stir together sugar, Sweet One, margarine, eggs, Butter Buds Sprinkles and vanilla. In small bowl, stir together dry ingredients; stir into liquid ingredients just until blended. Spread into pan. Bake 25 minutes. Cool on wire rack.
