Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease a 10" pie plate. Layer cottage cheese and Parmesan cheese in the pie plate. Mix chicken, one-half cup of the mozzarella, the garlic powder, oregano, basil and tomato paste. Spoon over Parmesan cheese. Beat the remaining ingredients in a blender on high speed 15 seconds, with a hand beater one minute or until smooth. Pour into a pie plate. Bake 30 minutes. Top with remaining mozzarella cheese. Bake five to eight minutes longer or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool five minutes.
